Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Developmental Service Manager for its client’s Responsible Individual – Children’s Residential Home team in Blackpool.

What will your responsibilities be?
1. Lead and inspire a high-performing residential care team
2. Ensure full compliance with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding standards
3. Foster a culture of excellence, care, and ongoing reflection
4. Support and mentor staff through regular supervision, training, and development
5. Drive continuous improvement via robust quality assurance and leadership oversight
6. Influence practice, outcomes, and the ongoing development of the home
7. Collaborate with the wider organisation as you prepare to lead multiple homes in the future

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
14. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager with positive Ofsted grades
15. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or currently working towards it)
16. Strong leadership skills and thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks (including Reg 40s, audits, safeguarding)
17. Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role managing multiple homes
18. Passion, integrity, and a genuine commitment to improving young lives
