We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to work across a range of residential care homes and dementia services in Lancaster. This is a rewarding opportunity to support elderly residents, including those living with dementia, while delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care including washing, dressing, and continence support
* Support residents with dementia and age‑related conditions
* Assist with mobility, meals, and daily living tasks
* Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate care documentation
* Promote independence, dignity, and person‑centred care
* Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Requirements
* Experience in residential care, dementia care, or similar settings
* Caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of safeguarding and person‑centred care
* Up‑to‑date training and DBS (preferred)
