Omega is working with a leading supplier of commercial lifting solutions in the retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors, who are expanding its Field Service team due to growing demand. We are seeking a Regional Service Engineer to support installations across the Midlands area.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end technical support, service, and breakdown response.
* Deliver onsite technical assistance and servicing of lifts and other products.
* Train end users at an operator level.
Qualifications/Experience
* Strong experience in field engineering roles, including installing and servicing bespoke lifts, integrated systems, and standard equipment.
* Knowledge of lift installations in specialist material environments (e.g., food, pharmaceuticals).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
* Self‑motivated, with the ability to manage your service territory independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for excellent customer service.
* Regional coverage with some UK-wide travel as required.
