Agricultural Field Sales Representative
Established in 1961, Bodens was built from strong farming roots and a deep understanding of the agricultural sector. From those beginnings, our animal bedding department has grown steadily year on year, developing a reputation for reliability, service, and long-term customer relationships. Today, we continue to expand — and we are now looking for an ambitious Agricultural Field Sales Representative to develop and grow the agricultural bulk sales side of our business.
The Role
This is a field-based sales role focused on driving growth within our agricultural bulk sales division. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and driving growth. You will work directly with farmers building trusted partnerships and delivering solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and expand agricultural bulk sales
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
* Conduct on-farm visits and provide product advice and recommendations
* Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Represent Bodens professionally within the agricultural community
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in agricultural sales or a related field
* Strong understanding of the farming sector
* Self-motivated, target-driven and results-focused
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Practical farming knowledge or background advantageous
