Job Summary
We are seeking a UK NMC Registered Nurse with post qualification experience who is seeking a career in Occupational Health. The post holder will receive training on the job, and will also have the opportunity to gain their diploma/degree in Occupational Health Practice. Once competencies and training is complete, the post holder will progress to band 6.

The post holder will receive training on the job, and will also have the opportunity to gain their diploma/degree in Occupational Health Practice. Once competencies and training is complete, the post holder will progress to band 6.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be trained to undertake a wide range of OH Services including:
Health clearance assessments based on Department of Health guidance and local policy
Provision of fitness for work advice to Trust managers and staff
Assessment of sharps injuries
Health surveillance
Undertaking clinical audits
Workplace vaccinations
