A welcoming Specialist School in Banbury is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join their team as a Learning Support Assistant, starting either ASAP or in September.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
* Help students overcome emotional, behavioural and learning barriers.
* Apply psychological theory and behaviour strategies in the classroom.
* Create a safe, engaging and positive learning environment.
* Work alongside Teachers, Therapists and SEN professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for a motivated graduate who is friendly, proactive and enthusiastic. Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential. Resilience and a positive can‑do attitude are required.
