Job Description

Project OverviewThis pilot project aims to improve the accuracy and completeness of customer records within internal systems. The work involves verifying and updating confidential and sensitive customer information, including personal details and data relating to individual needs or circumstances.Because of the nature of the information being collected, customers may be cautious or hesitant. The project therefore requires someone who can communicate with reassurance, professionalism, and clarity.There are three roles to be filled.NEC system experience is preferred, Housing experience is essential. Initially 10 weeks to assess and then there will potentially be an extension. Purpose of the Role (2x required)To contact existing customers and verify or update confidential information in a sensitive, compliant, and customer-focused manner.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls using approved scripts designed to reassure customers about the purpose and safety of the data collection.Confirm and update confidential customer information with accuracy and careHandle sensitive conversations with empathy, professionalism, and patienceManage customer reluctance or concerns in a calm and supportive wayRecord outcomes clearly and securelyFollow GDPR, data protection, and internal confidentiality procedures at all times.Purpose of the Role (x1 required) To accurately input, validate, and maintain confidential customer information collected by the outreach team.Key ResponsibilitiesReview sensitive data gathered through outbound callsAccurately embed and update customer records within NEC or other internal systemsEnsure all information is handled securely and in line with data protection standardsIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, or issues requiring follow-upSupport quality assurance and reporting processesMaintain strict confidentiality at all timesGeneral Requirements for All RolesProfessional, calm, and empathetic communication styleAbility to handle sensitive conversations with confidence and careStrong organisational and record-keeping skillsReliability and consistency in following structured processesComfortable working within a pilot environment where processes may evolveWhat you'll get in returnHourly rates and weekly payOption to be paid PAYE or UmbrellaFull time, weekday hoursWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
