Jabeenz is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for high-quality fabrics and an eye towards detail, as well as outstanding communication and customer service skills. The Tailor will be responsible for designing outfits, drafting patterns, and altering clothing to ensure that all pieces' measurements are accurate. The Tailor will communicate style ideas and color suggestions to clients, as well as custom-design dress shirts, bridal wear, party wear, and formal wear when necessary.
Responsibilities:
* Customer consultation for dress style, design to take order
* Provide cost estimates and convince customer
* Consult style, design, and alteration or repair requirements with customers to ensure that their specifications are met
* Accurately taking measurements of customer with consultation and note instructions and choices
* Alter dress as per customer’s fitting requirements
* Satisfy customer and ensure specifications are met carefully and error-free
* Attach sleeves and alter as per customer requirements for semi-stitched bridal and party dress
* Modifying customer’s garments as per customer requirements
* Repair dresses such as patch, taper, sizing, holes, stitches, sew, trim, and adjust
* Sew full dress, attach laces in scarf, tussles, add frill, etc.
* Quality checking and identify issues while purchasing dresses
The ideal Candidate will:
* Have good command of English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi
* Be an all-rounder and excellent communicator and team player
* Be proactive, organized, and efficient
* Be hardworking, dedicated, and eager to succeed
Pay:
From £39,000.00 per year
