As part of this role, you will provide crucial support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.
Required Experience
* 12 months of experience in complex care
* Tracheostomy care
* PEG feeding
* NJ/NG feeding
* Stoma care
* Ventilator management
* Oral suctioning
* Oxygen management
* Humidifier management
* Cough assist management
* BIPAP/CPAP and Nippy management
* Epilepsy management
* Diabetic management
* Bowel obstruction awareness
* Nebulizer administration
* Medication administration
* EOL care
* Digital rectal stimulation
Required Skills
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required. Strong communication abilities are necessary to effectively interact with individuals requiring complex care, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Flexibility: The ability to adapt to unpredictable situations is essential. Candidates must be willing to work additional shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
* Positive Attitude: A positive and cheerful demeanor is desired to create a supportive environment for individuals with complex needs.
* Personality Traits: Young, positive, and interactive personalities are appreciated to build compassionate care and positive relationships with patients and families.
