Our Nantwich-based food manufacturing client is expanding and seeking a proactive, hands-on engineer to join their high-performing maintenance team.
What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a range of production machinery Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing ideas for reliability enhancement Ensuring compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Working closely with production teams to keep the site running smoothly throughout the night What We're Looking For Experience as a Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing (food or FMCG experience preferred) Strong mechanical AND electrical skillset (e.g., motors, conveyors, pneumatics, sensors, PLC fault finding) Engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) A proactive attitude and the ability to work xkybehq independently on nights What's On Offer £50,000 annual salary Permanent Monday-Friday night shift (no weekends!)
