We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to join a well-established social housing contractor delivering works across Burnley.
This is an ongoing opportunity with an immediate start available.
💷 Rates:

£15.00 per hour PAYE
*
£16.00 per hour CIS

🔧 The Role:
You will act as the key point of contact between residents and the site team, ensuring clear communication throughout planned works.
Duties will include:
*
Liaising with tenants before, during and after works
*
Booking appointments and managing access
*
Handling queries and resolving complaints professionally
*
Supporting site managers with programme updates
*
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
*
Keeping accurate records and documentation
✅ Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a TLO within the social housing sector (essential)
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
*
IT competent
*
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
