General Manager
Location: West London
Salary: Up to A GBP 65,000 plus bonus

The role:
* Lead a high:volume site, setting the tone on the floor and driving a strong service culture
* Take full ownership of day:to:day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service at all times
* Manage and develop a large team, building energy, accountability, and consistency
* Deliver against budgets, P and L, and KPIs with a clear focus on profitability
* Maintain high standards across food, drink, and guest experience in a commercially tight environment
* Oversee late:night trade, ensuring standards remain high from open to close
The person:
* Proven experience as a General Manager within a high:volume, quality:led restaurant
* Strong commercial awareness : confident managing budgets, P and L, and performance metrics
* A hands:on leader who leads from the front and builds high:performing teams
* Passionate about food, drink, and delivering a strong guest experience
* Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage a busy and demanding service
* Comfortable running neighbourhood operations and the community that comes along with this
* WSET Level 2 or strong drinks knowledge is an advantage
