Sales and Marketing Manager – The Medlock at Etihad Campus, Manchester
At the Medlock, a Radisson Blu Hotel, we believe every guest experience begins with a conversation. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll be the voice of our brand, ensuring every booking is seamless and will play a key role in the fantastic hotel opening at the heart of Manchester's Etihad Campus, home to Manchester City Football Club.
This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.
The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.
The new hotel will be at the centre of this dynamic environment, providing an exceptional place for guests, teams, and fans to stay and experience everything the campus has to offer.
We're opening soon and we need an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who knows how to turn opportunity into momentum.
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you’re the connector – the person who brings The Medlock, A Radisson Blu Hotel, to life for clients, event planners and partners. You’ll own relationships, spot opportunities, and make sure our spaces are buzzing with the right kind of energy. This isn’t about cold calls and cliches; it’s about building trust, shaping experiences and driving revenue with confidence and personality across a wide range of key stakeholders and partners.
You will proactively lead sales for accommodation, including our exclusive Penthouse, with a sharp eye for what fits The Medlock vibe. You’ll thrive on building strong relationships with local businesses, agencies, partners and key stakeholders. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, and in collaboration with the Revenue and Operational teams, you will bring your energy, passion and warmth in hospitality to every moment.

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven hotel leadership experience – ideally in branded hotels, large properties, or entertainment and sports destinations.
* Passionate about hospitality - you get what hospitality really feels like. You're commercially sharp, naturally confident and know how to make connections that last.
* Stakeholder management skills – comfortable collaborating with multiple business units.
* Passion for excellence – a confident and organised leader who is ready to thrive int he pace and excitement of an opening hotel environment.
