Medical Secretary with Read Coding Experience
EXPERIENCED MEDICAL SECRETARY WITH READ CODING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Enthusiastic individual required to fill the role MedicalSecretary with read coding experience at Grange Park Surgery.
NHS experience isessential for this role, systm1 experience desirable but not essential. The successfulcandidate must be able to provide a high level of accuracy and attention todetail. Be able to work under pressure,multitask, be a good time manager and an excellent communicator.
Main duties of the job
To work alongside our team of administrators ensuring that referals and incoming documents are all processed in a timely manner to protocols provided

Job responsibilities
This role involves developing good working relationshipswith colleagues on all levels throughout the practice and externally with hospitals,referral teams, consultants etc.
To be responsible for the provision of an efficient,comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the Practice.To undertake these duties without direct supervision, working within proceduralguidelines. Provide general assistance to the practice team and project apositive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person orvia the telephone
Person Specification
Qualifications
* A good level of Math and English
Experience
* Must have worked in a gp surgery environment previously and have a good knowledge of document coding.
* Systm1 knowledge is an advantage
