This role is about more than just support; it's about companionship, encouragement, and creating meaningful experiences that make each day special.
In this position, you'll be working as part of a 2:1 staffing ratio, meaning you'll always have the support of a colleague by your side, no lone working required. Together, you and your colleague will provide the right balance of support and independence, giving her the confidence to thrive in her community. What makes this role unique is the chance to form a strong, supportive bond with both your colleagues and the lady you're supporting. Your approach to support should be warm, calm, and adaptable understanding that some days require patience and flexibility.
You'll be working closely with someone who relies on patience and encouragement, so these qualities are essential.
