Maintain and update risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). Support project teams in maintaining high safety standards. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. What youll need NEBOSH health and safety for construction Proven experience in a Health & Safety position within construction (ideally fit-out, glazing, faade or interiors). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with site labour and subcontractors. Experience working collaboratively with main contractors. Confident presence on site with a hands-on approach. Full UK driving licence.
