Overview

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

* Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications
* A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the life science industry.
* ACA Qualified
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
