About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a leading independent mental health service provider. The successful candidate will work within a dedicated and experienced clinical and nursing team, ensuring the highest standard of care for patients experiencing acute mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.

Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and care pathways.

Support the local implementation of nursing strategies.

Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes for service users.
Essential Criteria:
*
Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
*
Minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience.
*
Relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
*
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
*
Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in patient care.
*
Ability to work flexibly and use a person-centred approach.

Day Shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
