Trainee Dental Nurse
Location: Golders Green, NW11
Salary: £15 per hour (Overtime rates vary)
Opening Times: 24 hours

Your Role
As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in assisting our skilled dentists, hygienists, and therapists in delivering high-quality care. You will:
* Work in a fast-paced and rewarding clinical environment.
* Follow the British Association of Dental Nurses’ Code of Ethics and the GDC’s Scope of Practice.
* Build strong, professional relationships within the dental team.
* Ensure high standards of infection control and patient safety.
* Liaise with the practice manager regarding administration, pay, and service conditions.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain a clean, well-equipped clinical environment.
* Carry out infection prevention and control procedures.
* Record dental charting and oral tissue assessments accurately.
* Maintain detailed, up-to-date patient records securely.
* Prepare patients and equipment for dental radiography and process radiographs.
* Support and reassure patients during their treatment.
* Provide oral health advice to patients.
* Assist in emergency situations to ensure patient safety and care.
What We’re Looking For
* Right to work in the UK (Valid visa & National Insurance number).
* At least the first dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine.
* Proof of enrolment in an approved dental nursing course.
* Strong organisation, focus, and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* High infection control standards.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
