Legal EA - Energy and Natural Resources

Salary: £48,000 + Benefits
Working pattern: 4 days office, 1 day WFH
My client, a prestigious US law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal EA to join their highly regarded Energy and Natural Resources team based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-established support function within a high-performing international environment.
The successful candidate will provide high-level, proactive support to 4 to 5 Partners, working closely alongside a wider team of eight PAs. This role will suit a confident, organised EA who thrives in a fast-paced professional services setting.
Key responsibilities include:
* Proactive diary and inbox management for multiple Partners
* Coordinating complex international travel and detailed itineraries
* Preparing, formatting and amending legal documentation
* Managing client correspondence and stakeholder liaison
* Billing and matter management support
* Organising meetings, events and conference calls
* Providing ad hoc support to the wider team as required
Key requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Legal EA or senior Legal PA role
* Strong experience supporting multiple Partners within a law firm
* Previous exposure to Energy, Projects or Corporate teams advantageous
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Professional, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
* Strong MS Office skills and confident communication style
