About the Role
* Act as a trusted advisor to regional/local management teams, influencing strategy and operational plans.
* Design, implement, and review HR objectives aligned with business and regional strategies.
* Manage HR KPIs including engagement, attrition, and absence.
* Lead on complex HR/ER matters including TUPE transfers (in and out), disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
* Support talent acquisition and succession planning.
* Develop training initiatives and coach managers to build capability.
* Promote a positive organisational culture and employee engagement.
* Travel regularly across multiple sites to provide hands-on support.
