About the Department
Sat within the Chief Financial Officer Directorate, the Governance and Legal team is responsible for ensuring the University meets its legal, governance and regulatory responsibilities.
Working closely with stakeholders across the University, the team supports the University's corporate governance framework, information governance compliance and insurance activities, student casework management, the provision of legal services, and secretariat services to support the institution in achieving its mission and objectives
We are now looking for a highly organised, proactive professional to for support our Executive leadership team.
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level, business-focused support to members of the University Executive, ensuring smooth operations across diary management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and committee support. You'll play a key role in maintaining our governance and legal frameworks, contributing to the University's mission and strategic objectives.
What We're Looking For
* You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload along with good communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Comprehensive MS Office skills are essential, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Previous personal assistant experience at an executive level is desirable but not essential.
