Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, inspirational leader to head up our UK retail field operation. In this pivotal role, you’ll set the strategic direction and oversee a large multi-site team, including Divisional and Regional Managers, to deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and premium customer experiences.
You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders and clients, using data‑driven insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends. By combining vision with flawless execution, you’ll enable the team to achieve ambitious targets and elevate brand presence in every retail touchpoint.
This is a field based role, with a requirement to be in the Samsung HQ (Chertsey) a minimum of 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Shape and deliver the UK field strategy in line with business goals
* Inspire, coach, and develop senior managers, driving accountability and performance
* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
* Lead major projects, product launches, and go‑to‑market initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement through strong governance and reporting
* Champion our values, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture
Qualifications
* Experience leading large, national multi‑site retail operations with a proven track record of inspiring and developing high‑performing teams
* Commercially aware with the ability to drive growth through data and insights
* Excellent stakeholder management, confident at board and client level
* Resilient, adaptable, and skilled in project management
* Strong financial and operational management skills
* Full UK driving licence
