We're on the lookout for an IT Support Analyst to join a growing team! You'll provide essential technical support for IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, and users. This role involves working as part of a highly skilled team to ensure exceptional levels of availability, performance, and security. This is a customer facing role in which you will liaise with various clients and build relationships whilst providing exceptional tech support. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the availability of Windows Server and AD environments Set up and maintain new hardware and software. Monitor and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases Adhere to security policies and standards to maintain system and equipment security. Lead on migrations of on-prem domains to Microsoft Azure Create and maintain technical support processes, user manuals, and documentation. Support IT projects as required. The successful candidate will have experience of some of the following. The below list isn't exhaustive, it's more to provide an idea.
