The role involves managing and analysing data to aid decision‑making, supporting various teams, and ensuring compliance with data reporting requirements. Work Mode: Hybrid.
Responsibilities
* Capture, manage, and transform high‑quality data into insightful intelligence.
* Develop and maintain efficient data systems with the Head of Data Insights & Intelligence.
* Create insightful reports and dashboards to aid decision‑making across the organization.
* Guide teams in accessing and interpreting data, ensuring compliance with national data reporting requirements.
* Utilise technical skills and tools such as Power BI to uncover trends and opportunities.
* Solve data challenges and improve data quality.

Requirements
* Expertise in analysing and interpreting complex data.
* Confidence in working with large datasets.
* Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and advanced Excel.
* Problem‑solving skills under pressure.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical data accessibly.
* Team collaboration skills.
Desired Experience
* Experience with Power BI and public health datasets.
* Statistical analysis experience.
* Management experience of teams, projects, or NHS contracts.
