* Managing Incoming Purchase orders

* Process labels for daily orders of shipping
* Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets
* Preparing documents such as invoices, memos and financial
* inputting and generating invoices with accounting software
* Data entry and inventory management system
* Need to be extremely organised
* Able to prioritise a changing to-do list
* Excellent attention to detail
