Ede’s is looking for a proactive and organised Business Development Coordinator to support our growing sales and marketing activity.
This role is focused on lead follow-up, pipeline coordination, appointment setting, and supporting tender activity, ensuring opportunities are progressed in a structured and professional way.
Key responsibilities include
* Following up inbound and outbound leads
* Booking meetings and site surveys for the sales team
* Supporting tender and bid submissions
* Maintaining accurate CRM records within Monday.com
* Tracking pipeline activity and reducing opportunity drop-off
* Supporting marketing campaign follow-up and conversion tracking
* Researching target organisations and key contacts
* Assisting with proposals and client-facing materials
The role would suit someone who is
* Organised and proactive
* Confident communicating with prospective clients
* Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
* Experienced with CRM systems and sales coordination
While this is not a hard-sales role, we are looking for someone with a proactive sales mindset who is confident engaging prospective clients and driving opportunities forward.
