Who We’re Looking For
* At least 3 years’ PQE in clinical negligence.
* Experience handling a mix of cases—from complex birth injury and misdiagnosis claims to dental and cosmetic negligence cases.
* A people-first mindset—the team is close-knit, so cultural fit is important.
* A strong client care focus, not just a target-driven approach.
* Exposure to high-value cases is a bonus but not essential.
