* Competitive basic salary up to £38,000, negotiable based on experience
* Monthly bonus scheme with a minimum guaranteed bonus for the first 12 months, OTE £43,000

* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with 30 minutes lunch

Duties of a Vehicle Technician
* Conduct servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance to high standards
* Perform diagnostics and fault finding on a range of passenger and commercial vehicles
* Complete work within specified timeframes ensuring quality workmanship
* Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on vehicles
* Participate in manufacturer training sessions and skill development courses
* Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols
* Assist colleagues as required to sustain workshop efficiency
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Engineer within the automotive retail sector
* Full UK driving licence
* MOT Testing licence is advantageous but not essential
* Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive attitude with a commitment to ongoing learning
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Right to work in the UK (please note, no sponsorship available)
