Role: Area Property Operations Manager REF 100264 Contract Length: 6 months Location: Lincolnshire and Nottingham (2 sites) IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate Security Clearance: BPSS Spinwell is recruiting for an Area Property Operations Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AREA PROPERTY OPERATIONS MANAGER Responsible for the management of facility, including security, maintenance, and other services. Ensuring that the needs of the organisation, employees, and/or visitors are met. Monitor and report on internal performance against safety, costs, programme and quality, identify deviations and implement remedial actions as appropriate. Managing the preparation, approval and issue of technical specifications and safety documentation through review to implementation.
