The Opportunity Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will join a marketing team to play a central role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and commercial growth. This is a hands-on, varied role where you will have real ownership and visibility across the business. Your ideas will be welcomed, your contribution valued, and your development supported. You will: Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns Create engaging content across digital and offline channels Manage and enhance website and social media performance Design high-quality marketing collateral and creative assets Collaborate with agency partners on campaigns and PR activity Support internal and external events Ensure brand consistency and strong messaging across all touchpoints About You We’re looking for someone who is: Degree qualified in Marketing (with at least 1 year’s experience) OR Has 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing environment Creative and detail-oriented Confident working across digital platforms and CMS systems Comfortable managing multiple projects Proactive, collaborative and eager to contribute ideas Experienced using design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva A full UK driving licence is required due to occasional event attendance.
