Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and fault finding on Volvo vehicles using manufacturer-approved tools and methodologies.
Carry out repairs, servicing, and maintenance in line with Volvo standards and safety regulations.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard, meeting customer expectations.
Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation.
Collaborate closely with workshop colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
Stay up to date with the latest Volvo technical developments, recalls, and service bulletins.
Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Recognised automotive qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 4 or equivalent) relevant to vehicle maintenance and repair.
Proven experience as a Master Technician, ideally specialising in Volvo vehicles or similar premium automotive brands.
Strong diagnostic skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability.
Good knowledge of automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
