The role involves consulting, anaesthesia, in patient care and in house laboratory work. You will have a good experience of veterinary nursing, excellent customer service and communication skills, be an effective team player, have a systematic approach when making decisions and be able to carry out the role effectively with planning and organisation. You are friendly, down-to-earth, have a genuine interest in animal welfare and enjoy the variety provided by the clients and colleagues alike.
Our practice is equipped with fantastic equipment that will allow you to offer the best care possible to all our patients, but it also allows you to increase your knowledge and experience using such equipment as our ultrasound, dental equipment, in house laboratory and you will also get the opportunity to support our visiting Orthopaedic surgeon.
The role is ideally full time working 35 hours per week with a shared Saturday rota of 1 in 3 and no OOH. However we understand that everyone is different, so if you are looking for part time hours this can also be considered as well
