Positioned at the entrance of our site, our welcome Hosts ensure the safety and security of all visitors, staff and property. Whilst also welcoming, directing and answering enquiries regarding ticketing and our attractions. This role will be working outside in all weather conditions to greet our customers, so we welcome engaging, self-motivated colleagues who are also able to ensure a friendly whilst efficient customer arrival. SIA trained or willing to be trained. Ability to answer numerous and varied visitor enquiries - Historical and general knowledge an advantage alongside the willingness to learn. Moderate knowledge of Health and Safety and Security requirements and a willingness to learn more. Ability to deliver outstanding customer care. Experience of working under pressure.
