Project Worker - Harmful Sexual Behaviour (AIM3 Qualified)
Location: Worcestershire (Hybrid / Remote with travel as required)

Duration: 10 weeks initially (with potential extension)

Hours: Flexible - between 12 and 37 hours per week
Pay Band: PW3 - £32,142 to £39,106 per annum (pro rata)
About the Service
This is a specialist Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB) service supporting young people aged 12-18 who have displayed sexually harmful behaviours.
The service delivers trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions, including AIM3 Assessment and Intervention, working closely with young people, parents/carers, and multi-agency professionals. The focus is on supporting young people to understand their behaviours in a non-judgemental, strengths-based way, reduce risk, and develop safe, healthy relationships.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced AIM3-qualified Project Worker to provide specialist assessment, intervention, consultation, and professional guidance within a complex safeguarding context.
You will:
Deliver direct AIM3 work and interventions
Complete high-quality AIM3 assessments and reports
Support multi-agency decision-making and safeguarding planning
Provide consultation, advice, and training to professionals
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies
Essential Requirements
(Applicants must meet all of the below)
AIM3 qualified - this is a mandatory requirement
Extensive knowledge of Harmful Sexual Behaviour, including:
Technology-assisted sexual behaviours
Sibling sexual behaviour
Peer-on-peer sexual harm
Proven experience producing AIM3-compliant academic assessments and reports
Strong working knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA)
Experience delivering training, workshops, or professional presentations
Ability to provide multi-agency consultation and professional guidance
Excellent safeguarding knowledge, including:
Contextual safeguarding
Intrafamilial risk and harm
Strong understanding and application of trauma-informed practice
Experience working with neurodivergent children and young people, adapting interventions to individual needs
Willingness and ability to travel across WorcestershireDesirable
Experience delivering therapeutic interventions
Skills in Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused approaches
A recognised therapeutic qualification working with children and young peopleAdditional Information
