Job Title: Head of CX & Customer Service
Salary: £100,000 - £115,000 (DOE)
Location: Hampshire
Logistics: Office-Based (Minimum 4-days-a-week)
Reports To: C-Level
This role requires a physical presence in the operation 4-5 days per week, and we're looking for a senior leader with a number of key skills:
