We are recruiting for several Production Operatives to work at our client’s facility in Blackburn. The customer is a leading confectionary manufacturer. The role will involve assisting in the production process, ensuring that products are made, quality‑checked and packed according to food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
* Operate production line machinery
* Ensure the quality and safety of food products
* Package finished products
* Follow strict hygiene and safety regulations
* Monitor production processes
* Report issues to team leader
* Perform manual handling tasks
* Check that product matches packaging
* Fill in paperwork when required
* Conduct quality control of products
* Adhere to site rules and procedures
Requirements
* Ability to work 8‑12 hour shifts
* Previous experience desirable but not essential
* Commute to Blackburn (BB1)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
