Thesuccessful candidates will need to have excellent communication skills and agenuine passion for caring for others. The successful candidate will be workingin a fast paced environment, delivering care to acutely unwell patients. The candidate will be expected to work a mixtureof shift patterns.

The role of the care support worker is imperative to the health and well-being of our patients, as you will support them with their personal hygiene, toileting, mobility and nutritional needs.
If successful, you will be supported to complete The Care Certificate. you will be awarded with a nationally recognised qualification and you will be equipped to provide compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support to our patients and their relatives.
The post holder will work as part of themultidisciplinary team delivering a range of designated tasks/duties of aclinical and non- clinical nature including personal compassionate care topatients, working within agreed policy and procedures.
The post holder will work under thesupervision of the NMC Registrant at all times, who holds delegatedaccountability for the work designated.
