* At least 2 years of Direct Sales Experience

* Comfortable working with numbers and negotiating high-value deals
* Quick learners who can thrive in a high-calibre, fast-paced industry
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sourcing hard-to-find talent in pharma, AI, and tech
* Building lasting relationships with senior candidates and clients
* Managing the full 360° recruitment process
* Developing business with innovative, niche companies across the US
