Responsibilities
* Deliver realistic and robust short-term resource plans, highlighting opportunities and providing insight to help the business meet and exceed its plans.
* Work collaboratively with operational teams and Service Delivery roles to manage changes to short-term plans, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities to maximise service levels.
* Analyse variances to short-term plans, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve operational performance.
* Utilise WFM and analytical tools to provide tactical and strategic solutions, supporting operational changes and improving resource planning capability.
* Analyse data and maintain general business awareness.
* Proficiency in using WFM tools to support operational planning and resource optimisation.
* Communicate effectively, presenting detailed or complex information clearly to influence stakeholders.
* Understand operational strategy and capacity planning within a customer or broker service centre environment.
