Graduate membership services advisor

They are a not-for-profit mutual membership organisation who exist solely to provide a service to their members who all work for the medical community.

About the Role:
They are currently recruiting Membership Services Advisors (MSAs) to work in their Membership Services department. They are looking forHybrid(Canary Wharf) andRemote(home based) advisors to join their growing team, providing high quality telephone customer service in a very complex industry. This role will commence in Jan 2026 and the starting salary is £31,726. For this opportunity they will run their interviews and assessments in person on w/c November 24th.

The Membership Services department manage all aspects of their members subscriptions, from simple queries such as taking payments, to handling more complex issues such as providing advice on levels of membership. The role is within a busy contact centre and is predominantly telephone based, with some administration work to be completed after each call.
