About the Job: Prepare and deliver timely management accounts, providing clear insight into performance and explaining key variances against budget and prior periods Review customer projects, analysing WIP, material spend, and labour against budget to support commercial decision-making Support the month-end revenue recognition process in line with IFRS 15, ensuring accurate calculation and posting of revenue Produce cashflow forecasts and manage bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time Prepare and submit grant claims, ensuring compliance and maximising available funding Contribute to the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles Take ownership of balance sheet accounts (including accruals and suspense), maintaining robust supporting analysis Partner with stakeholders across the business, responding to information requests and delivering both regular and ad-hoc reporting Requirements: Part qualified accountant (finalist) with a UK ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc. Experience using ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
