We are currently seeking dedicated tutor(s) to support children and young people in the Medway area who are currently out of formal education. These learners may have an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan), health conditions, or have been excluded from school. About this Tutor role: Location: Tuition delivered in the young person’s home or a local community space Subjects: Core focus on English, Maths, and/or Functional Skills Hours: Tuition is hourly funded for each individual student Students: Ages and abilities vary – flexibility and a personalised approach are key What we’re looking for from a Tutor: Tutor(s) with experience in SEN, alternative education, or supporting disengaged learners Confidence in delivering personalised learning plans and core subjects Tutor(s) who are reliable, patient, and adaptable Able to commit to regular weekly sessions, building trust and consistency Why join us as a Tutor?
