Pay: Competitive rates ranging from £85 - £128 per day (depending on experience/qualification)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide general classroom assistance to the teacher across both primary and secondary curricula.
*
Support small groups and individual pupils with learning activities across all key subjects.
*
Assist with classroom management, ensuring a calm, positive, and safe learning environment.
*
Support pupil transitions and assist with the preparation of learning resources.
*
Adapt quickly to different school environments, age groups (ages 3-18), and departmental needs.
*
Monitor and report on pupil progress and engagement to the class teacher.
Essential Requirements:
*
Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a relevant childcare/educational setting.
*
Excellent adaptability, reliability, and proactive communication skills.
*
A genuine passion for supporting the education and well-being of young people.
*
A willingness to support pupils across the full age range of primary and secondary education.
*
A fully enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) – we can assist with obtaining a new one if needed.
