Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Customer Services Team in Northampton on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
As a Client Account Administrator, you will work within the administrative team to deliver excellent customer service, providing client delight through efficient and accurate delivery of day-to-day tasks, whilst assisting the Account Executive in delivering innovation and exceptional service levels.
Key Duties of a Client Account Administrator:
* Management of client queries and logging issues accordingly.
* Assist with creating and circulating reports for Returns and E.fulfilment in line with specified timeframes.
* Manage client inbox and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
* Assist clients’ Merchandisers and key contacts with queries on Stock, CMO, Customer queries, Replenishment, Hamper builds, Returns, and E.fulfilment.
* Process corrections on orders, review and issue re-work instructions, manage corporate orders, correct order errors, handle escalations, track sample requests, and other administrative tasks as outlined in SOPs.
* Support Wholesale despatches (printing orders, completing paperwork, updating labelling guidance with client support).
* Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and other administration colleagues.
* Liaise with the client’s key contacts daily in an articulate and efficient manner.
Qualifications
* Previous administrative experience is preferred.
* Strong IT skills – proficient in all Microsoft Office platforms.
* Experience in logistics/warehousing is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
* Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
