As a Paint Technician in our Stoke-on-Trent body centre, you'll be the artist behind every repair, ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Handling a variety of body work, from SMART repairs to small panel repairs, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
* Preparing and spray painting damaged vehicles with meticulous attention to detail.
* De-nibbing and polishing paintwork to achieve a pristine finish.
* Performing light strip and refit of vehicle components as needed.
* Working efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction with every completed job.
We're looking for a skilled professional who brings:
* ATA / NVQ level 3 qualification in a relevant field (highly advantageous).
* A positive attitude towards your work, customers, and colleagues.
* The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills to interact effectively with everyone.
* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Proven knowledge and understanding of working within a similar role in the motor industry.
