Stock Condition Surveyor-Southampton\n\nLocation: Southampton \n\nContract: Outside IR35 | Paid per survey |Ongoing work\n\nTSA Surveying are currently partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit a Stock Condition Surveyor for an ongoing project based in Southampton.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS.\nIdentify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.\nAssess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.About the Role:\nSurveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided).\nComplete 8-10 surveys per day.\nFull induction and training on the software provided.\nOutside IR35 paid per completed survey (houses, flats, and blocks). \nOngoing project with potential for continued work.Ideal Candidate:\nPrevious experience in stock condition surveying or a related field.\nConfident using technology (tablet-based survey software).\nFamiliarity with HHSRS standards.\nStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset.\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor looking for ongoing, flexible w...
