What youll be doing

* Leading the store with full autonomy, shaping a strong sales and service culture
* Inspiring, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Driving commercial performance through effective merchandising, high standards, and strong retail discipline
* Using your horticultural knowledge to create engaging, inspirational plant and product displays
* Taking ownership of performance, standards, and the continued growth of the centre
