Join our team at HMP Fosse Way as a Purposeful Activity Administrator. We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to support the coordination and administration of purposeful activities for prisoners, aligning with their Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs).

Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of purposeful activity strategies.
* Provide administrative support to the Learning and Skills Department.
* Maintain accurate scheduling records on CMS and other systems.
* Identify eligible prisoners for activity placements and manage allocations.
* Collaborate and communicate professionally across departments.
* Produce reports and ensure timely submission of data.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
* Handle filing, archiving, and other administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
* A positive, flexible approach to work.
* Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
* Professionalism in communication and conduct.
* Drive for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
* Teamwork and supportiveness.
* GCSEs at grade C or above in English and Maths.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Understanding of data protection policies and secure data handling.
Desirable Skills:
* Basic IT proficiency or computer literacy certification.
* Experience with databases and reporting tools.
