Job Title: HR Coordinator

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Head of HR Business Partnering / HR Business Partner


About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and support our dynamic engineering department. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with project priorities, technical milestones, and team development initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional HR support.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage contractor planning and administration.
* Coordinate performance review cycles according to engineering project timelines.
* Organize and track timesheets for Cost Cap compliance.
* Maintain and update the Engineering, Performance & Aerodynamics Skills Matrix.
* Support training initiatives in partnership with Talent Development.
* Coordinate desk allocations and onboarding for new starters and internal moves.
* Administer new starter processes, including system setup and induction scheduling.
* Support secondments and rotations aligned with project needs.
* Maintain the Engineering SharePoint page for HR-related content.
* Track and administer HR budgets and provide reporting for Engineering activities.
* Coordinate recruitment processes for technical roles.


About You

* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
* Professional, discreet, and committed to continuous improvement.
